Our actions are built around progression
For many people it takes a month to build a new habit. For some it's less, for others it's more.
It also depends on how difficult the new habit is to embrace.
That's why we built most actions as three stages:
Stage 1 is a week, Stage 2 is another week, and Stage 3 is two weeks. In total one month.
You can't move to the next stage without first having completed the previous one, because:
- It would break our program of steady progression
- You might need some of the hacks, tips & tricks from a previous stage to complete the next one
- It would be a little like skipping years at school and go straight to graduation! (although that would have been nice...)
So try to stay with the program. It's proven to work!
